Emerald Flights
Board your helicopter for a breathtaking journey over the most spectacular sights ever seen on the Central Highlands. See the Blackdown and Springsure escarpments and Fairbairn Dam from the air. Our 15-minute scenic flights take in the general Emerald region, while longer scenic flights, from 25 minutes to 1 hour, provide views of the surrounding escarpments.
Big Red Scenic Flight
The famous Big Red Sand Dune, one of the highest in the Simpson Desert, is located 15 minutes west of Birdsville.
Tour dates 1st week of September when the Birdsville Races are on. Tours Depart from the Birdsville Airport.
